Pricing and Shipping

We are committed to delivering your awards safely and efficiently across the globe. All of our products are processed, assembled, and shipped directly from our main facility in Dongguan, China.

1. Processing & Production Times

Before your order is shipped, please allow time for order processing and customization:

  • In-Stock Awards: Processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Personalized / Custom Awards:1–2 business days: Preparation of visual mockups and confirmation of design details with you.3–6 business days: Production and personalization of standard awards.5+ business days: Production of fully custom-designed awards (depending on complexity).

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Carriers

All orders are shipped from our facility in China using reliable international express carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or postal services). Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 8–12 business days
  • Australia: 7–18 business days
  • Other Countries / Regions: 2–4 weeks (varies depending on location and local customs clearing)

3. Shipping Origin & Facility Address

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or VAT/GST that may be imposed by their destination country. Our product prices and shipping charges do not include these taxes.

For international shipments, your local customs authorities or delivery partner may contact you via email, SMS, or phone call to complete customs clearance or pay import duties. These payments are required by law for your package to be released for final delivery.
